As a member of the community, my biggest concern is the city’s willingness to make exceptions to local zoning regulations for “big box” corporations but not for local small business. For example, the city is willing to alter the ruling on alcohol sales for Buffalo Wild Wings but not for a small business that inquires about opening a wine shop downtown.
